Kalihi Girl's rendition of a stuffed jalapeno. Lightly glazed with cream cheese, stuffed with our slow roasted kalua pork, then wrapped in bacon. Lightly fried upon order to crisp bacon. Served with our very own pineapple salsa.

On May 22, 2012, Da Kine Island Grill entered in "Da Poke Run" competition featuring top Hawaiian restaurants in Northern California. The purpose of this competition was to feature the best of the best in Hawaiian style "POKE". With over 400 people in attendance, Da Kine Island Grill won the people's choice award. Judges Chef Sam Choy and Sean Na'auao awarded Da Kine Island Grill two additional awards. We're honored to win all three categories.
